Porsche posted a new Mission S teaser on 9 October 2026 with the caption 'Everything starts with the driver.' It shows a round rev counter numbered to 8 with a red zone at the top. Porsche previews the Mission S, a potential mid-engined super sports car platform above the 911, on 15 October.
NewsBMW iX3 M60 xDrive: 603 hp, M Yellow Lights, and still 754 km of range
BMW has revealed the iX3 M60 xDrive, the M Performance version of its Neue Klasse electric SUV. Two motors make 450 kW (603 hp) and 875 Nm, 0-100 km/h takes 3.9 seconds, top speed is 240 km/h, and WLTP range is up to 754 km. Orders open at the end of January 2027, with production in Debrecen from spring.
NewsBMW iX4 revealed: the electric X4 brings 828 km of range and a 603 hp M60
BMW has revealed the iX4, the third Neue Klasse model and the electric successor to the X4. It launches in March 2027 as the 40 xDrive (369 hp) and 50 xDrive (463 hp, up to 828 km WLTP), with a 603 hp M60 xDrive shortly after. US prices start at $66,200.

Porsche completed the sale of its 45 per cent of Bugatti Rimac and its stake in Rimac Group on 9 September 2026, taking about 1 billion euros and putting 250 million of it straight into pension obligations. Rimac Group now holds 55 per cent of Bugatti Rimac and a consortium led by HOF Capital holds 45 per cent. Christophe Piochon leaves after two decades and Mate Rimac adds President of Bugatti Automobiles to his titles. The engineering case for this is strong. The financial one is the question nobody has answered.
