Iain Litchfield started the company at age 18 in 1999 near Tewkesbury, initially building a reputation on heavily modified Subaru Imprezas. The company pivoted toward Nissan's R35 GT-R when that car arrived in Europe in 2007, becoming one of a small number of workshops worldwide recognized as an independent GT-R specialist. Litchfield has since diversified into Porsche and BMW M cars while retaining its workshop-first identity.
