The story
Michael Weiss founded Weistec Engineering on Christmas Eve 2010 in Orange County, releasing the world's first supercharged Mercedes-Benz AMG C63 as its debut product. Weiss had previously worked as a development engineer at Saleen Automotive under Steve Saleen while studying engineering at Cal Poly Pomona. The company has expanded to cover McLaren and other European platforms while maintaining AMG as its primary focus.
